Chris has a real desire to help clients get the most from their businesses, advocating the benefits of a structured operational approach and a clear understanding of the unique performance indicators that enable owners to retain control and reach their goals.

When he's not at work, Chris enjoys the peace and quiet of the Lakeland fells and the mountains of Scotland, and spends most of the year yearning for his ski-ing holiday!

Liz Baranov - Practice Manager

With responsibilities for workflow scheduling, compliance monitoring and marketing for the firm, Liz works closely with Chris to ensure that the office works efficiently. Her background in database and process development has equipped her to develop our internal systems and ensure all clients receive a great service.

Away from Berkhamsted, Liz loves spending time in her garden, whether it be digging the borders and clearing the weeds, or enjoying a nice glass of Pimms!

Jonathan Barry, FCCA - Audit & Accounts Supervisor

Jon has a broad experience of the world of audit and accounts, and enjoys helping clients develop their systems to give them the best information possible, without having to wait for the historical information that is contained in a set of accounts. He is extremely competent from an IT perspective, so is particularly popular when clients have systems issues.

Wendy Grimsdale - Small Business Specialist

Wendy ensures that our small business clients meet their many obligations in terms of compliance matters, from accounts and Corporation Tax to payroll, VAT and bookkeeping, whilst acting as a sounding board for our small business owners, offering advice and guidance on how to handle the numerous issues that arise.
