Financial Reporting Systems
A client who had a long term goal to sell their business asked for our help in establishing internal financial reporting systems, producing monthly management accounts and cashflow forecasts including modelling functions together with annual budgets and three and five year plans again with modelling functions to explore various scenarios.
This led to the successful sale of the company to a Plc, when the reporting system was incorporated into the group monthly reporting packs, with the addition of a one-page summary.
Having viewed the sale as the end of our involvement in the company, we were pleased to be asked to continue to report on the business to the parent Plc until the introduction of a new group wide reporting system some eighteen months after acquisition, and continue to be working for the Plc to date.
