A client with a new technology product is seeking venture capital, so sought our help with financial plans and a reporting structure.
Having provided similar support before, we were able to advise on the best approach, and produced regular management accounts and cashflow forecasts. These included integrated modelling which gave the flexibility of allowing various business scenarios to be explored.
Having established the required management controls we were able to identify an accounting software package to enable the client to produce their own figures in the future.
