Too often we hear from new clients that their previous advisors were uncommunicative, unwelcoming and didn't offer proactive advice, concentrating purely on compliance work. We do things differently! We work extremely hard to ensure that we investigate any opportunity to help our clients, whether to reduce their tax liability, improve their cashflow or through any of the other myriad ways we can identify as we work with them to develop their business.

We constantly encourage feedback from our clients, either at client meetings, by telephone or through our regular Satisfaction Surveys, the results of which are published to all team members and were very pleased when the results showed that 93.6% of our clients rated the speed of our response to queries, emails, telephone calls and correspondence as 'excellent'.
